At MyMedSupply, your satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we want to you to shop at our store with confidence. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, we will gladly accept returns and issue a full refund as long as you can let us know of your issue or concern with your order within 30 days.
*Note: A few products have special return policies. For any of these products, the special policy is clearly indicated on the product page and will also be reiterated on your email order confirmation.
How Do I Return Something?
- Simply call MyMedSupply Customer Service at 1-800-409-0567 or send us an email at [email protected]. Our team is here to make the return process easy and efficient for you!
- You will get a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from us and we will confirm the return shipping address so your returned product gets to the right distribution center.
- Products from our store can be returned provided they are in resalable condition, new, unused and in their original packaging. Please remember to include with the return all product documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
If you paid for the purchase with a credit or debit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase less any shipping charges within five (5) business days of the time MyMedSupply.com receives the returned product(s).
Shipment of Returns
As a best practice, we encourage our customers to use a shipping service that provides tracking such as FedEx or UPS and retain the tracking number until the credit has been issued. This protects you against any issues during the return shipping process and will be your proof of the return.
In some cases, MyMedSupply.com can arrange for the product(s) to be picked up from your location or provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all returns, other than defective product(s) or erroneously shipped items, you are responsible for the delivery and return shipping costs.
Note that you will be returning the product to one of our distribution centers and not to the MyMedSupply.com home office in Philadelphia, PA. We always provide and confirm the return shipping address for you when you initiate a return request and provide you with an RMA number. As a reminder, the RMA number should be clearly written on the return address label.
