Product Description

When your back relaxes, life becomes more enjoyable! The Health Mark Core Inversion Chair helps to decompress the spine, allowing for increased circulation along the spinal column and a reduction of muscle stress, fatigue and lower back pain. The unique design of the Core Inversion Chair allows you to invert at an angle of up to 70 degrees in the ergonomically correct position (knees above the hip flexors). The result is maximum effective gravity assisted traction at the lower lumbar region without the necessity of hanging completely upside down. This design also allows for the beneficial aspects of gravity traction without undo stress to the ankles, knees or hips. And once your back has thoroughly relaxed, perform any of the several ab blasting exercises that can be efficiently performed on this multi-functional piece of inversion equipment. Get the most out of your inversion experience with the highest quality inversion chair on the market.

Health Mark Core Inversion ChairWhat’s the Difference Between an Inversion Table and an Inversion Chair?

Because some people complained about joint pain from the more traditional inversion tables, a revised design began to be offered by manufacturers in the form of an inversion chair. Unlike tables, chairs allow the user to sit and still enjoy the benefits of being inverted in the process. Inversion chairs are simple and straightforward to use. You start in a seated position with a strap across your lap, which holds you into the seat. When you lean back, the chair slowly turns upside down. This revision allows traction without the strain on the ankles, knees, or hips – a big plus for anyone who has experienced this! Also, because you are slightly curled up in the chair, it is easier for you to rotate your body.

What is Inversion Therapy?

Inversion therapy is proven to decompress the spine and even increase blood circulation throughout the body. What’s more, it has also been observed to ease muscle fatigue and stress caused by strenuous activity or inactivity, depending on a person’s lifestyle.

What are the Benefits of Using an Inversion Chair Instead of an Inversion Table?

This inversion chair allows you to remain seated while you are inverted, relieving pressure off of your ankles.  The other major benefits of using an inversion chair like this Core Inversion Chair from Health Mark instead of an inversion table will be:

  • No foot pain
  • No knee pain
  • No ankle pain
  • No hip pain
  • Easier torso movement

In terms of overall benefits, there is only a slight difference between an inversion chair and a table. Elderly individuals will often find the chair to be more pleasant, but the choice is up to you. All of the great detoxifying and spine benefits will be seen with either model chosen. Many users state that the inversion chair was a much more relaxing and helpful experience.

FAQs

Q: Are there any precautions to be aware of with inversion therapy?
A: As with all new physical activities or exercises, it's best to start with a short period of time and gradually build up with inversion therapy. Most manufacturers recommend starting with as little as two minutes and building up to twenty. Some of the recommended precautions with inversion therapy are that increased blood pressure in the eyes may occur, and thus, warnings have been given to people who have glaucoma, hypertension, history of stroke, or carotid artery disease. Other concerns have been raised for people with spinal instability or hiatal hernias. People taking blood pressure medications or anti-coagulant therapies should consult their doctor before starting inversion therapy.
Q: I'm short, will i have problems using this chair?
A: No you shouldn't. It's completely adjustable - legs, knees, feet. The directions for the handles are backwards - just look at the picture on the front of the box to see how they should go.

5 reviews for Health Mark Core Inversion Chair

Miles Hardy -November 11, 2014

I tried an inversion table a few years ago and didn’t like the feeling of my ankles being pulled out of their sockets. I was so happy to see that an inversion CHAIR existed! I ordered it and I am THRILLED! I use it every day, twice a day. It has really helped relieve much of my pain.
It was delivered to my door the day after I ordered it. 🙂
The only thing that was a small problem was that the directions had me put together the whole thing and then had me take apart part of it to put covers on. Not a big deal though.
I recommend this to anyone who suffers from back pain.

Kristen Diaz -January 28, 2015

Great chair! My wife and I started to look for inversion chairs after a doctor of ours recommended them over the inversion tables. After receiving the chair I was amazed at how easy it was to assemble. It was probably the easiest and fastest straight from the box assembly I have ever had to deal with. Light weight and little effort needed to move from room to room if needed. The chair provides a good stretch without putting pressure or strain on the back. The only thing that I can complain about is that the chair should have a locking mechanism when in the seated position so entering and exiting the chair was not so awkward.

Krista Wiggins -February 3, 2015

This is an excellent product! Assembly was a breeze, with very few parts (compared to other inversion systems). And the MyMedSupply staff are some of the nicest, most caring people. Whenever you call you get to talk to a real person, and they are truly concerned with helping people heal. I would highly recommend any product from this company!
Thanks again to all of the staff at MyMedSupply!
Peace and blessings!

Just what we expected

This product came to us when we expected, was easy to assemble and is easy to use. We are quite happy to know that what we ordered was exactly what we received.

Mr. Allhouse -April 11, 2015

I originally ordered the Stamina Deluxe Seated Inversion Therapy Table, a more expensive product. It was damaged in shipping and Amazon was out of stock, so I decided to try this chair.

I am glad the first chair was damaged. This chair is easy to assemble, easy to use and easy to take apart if you need to move. It is heavy duty and high quality.

My wife has scoliosis. She is a small woman, tiny by today’s standards. She uses this chair all by herself for relief and loves it.
